The Flexi-ball (pictured right) allows the body to be supported whilst performing different positions and exercises using resistance bands or passive pilates movements.
The flexi ball focuses on stabilisation through the spine, shoulder and pelvic girdle. By strengthening the inner core muscles (stabilisers) you will achieve a strong, flexible trunk.
This strength will give you the confidence to be able to carry out future daily tasks and help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
